Richland County, SC (WLTX)- Traffic is moving normally again on Interstate 77 following an accident involing three vehicles Tuesday morning.
Authorities were called to I-77 Southbound just past Shop Road for an overturned vehicle. For some time all lanes were blocked.
One lane was reopened at first, and finally all lanes were back up and running by mid-morning.
According to troopers, three vehicles collided, causing two of the vehicles to leave the roadway and crash into the woods.
At least one person in the crash suffered life-threatening injuries.
The collision remains under investigation.
