York County, SC (WLTX) - Several cars of a Norfolk Southern train derailed in York County Wednesday morning
The York County Office of Emergency Management says three or four cars came off the track. The train was traveling in the Rowells Road and Cureton Ferry Road in the Catawba area.
Emergency officials say there are no threats to the public and no injuries have been reported.
Private contractors have been called to help get the cars upright and get the track cleared.
