MINNEAPOLIS — On Friday afternoon officials said they found a body frozen in the water in Minneapolis.
The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office Water Patrol and Detectives, with help from Minneapolis Park Police and the Minneapolis Fire Department, found the dead person in the ice between the channel of Lake of the Isles and Bde Maka Ska.
Officials have not released any information about the age or gender of the person. It is unknown as of Saturday how long they were in the ice.
