Sumter, SC (WLTX) A Dalzell man has been arrested for criminal sexual conduct with a minor according to the Sumter County Sheriff's Department.
According to the report, Terrance Singleton, 33, engaged in two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor third degree sometime in February of this year.
Singleton is accused of fondling and kissing the 9-year-old. The child's grandmother reported the incident to police.
