Three children at a Honolulu preschool were accidentally served cleaning fluid instead of apple juice last week, but fortunately, none of the children were injured.
CBS affiliate KGMB reported the drinks at Kilohana United Methodist Church Preschool were prepared by a classroom assistant, even though the Pine Sol was in its original packaging and properly labeled.
The three girls -- a 4-year-old and two 5-year-olds -- had no apparent signs of trauma. In a letter to parents, the preschool called the incident “unfortunate.”
