COLUMBIA, S.C. — W.J. Keenan product Asanti Price scored a game-high 25 points to help lead Benedict College to an 81-62 win over Allen University Saturday at the Benjamin E. Mays HRC Center on the campus of Benedict College.
Tim Moore, who had that 29-point effort last week in the win over Albany State, added 14 points. Malachi McCoy and Gob Gabriel each scored 11 points for Benedict (15-3, 9-2 SIAC). Allen is now 9-8, 5-5 in the SIAC.
Jordan Edmond from Allen matched Price for game-high scoring honors with 25 points.
G'Shan Aldridge added 12 points for the Yellow Jackets.
Benedict led 44-20 at halftime after shooting 53.3% from the field.
