COLUMBIA, S.C. — For the second year in a row, South Carolina head basketball coach Lamont Paris has landed a transfer from The Citadel.

Stephen Clark, who has spent the last four years at the Charleston military school, announced he will transfer to South Carolina.

This past season, Clark was named Second Team All-Southern Conference as he averaged 16.3 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.8 assists.

He started all 32 games and in 27 of those contests, Clark scored in double figures with 10 games where he scored 20 or more points.

The 6-8, 205-pound Clark is the second transfer for the Gamecocks following Ta'Lon Cooper from Minnesota.
