South Carolina's Fulwiley lands another NIL deal - this one will give her wiings

South Carolina’s MiLaysia Fulwiley announced that she’s become the first collegiate athlete to sign with Red Bull.

COLUMBIA, S.C. — Coming on the heels of signing a Name Image Likeness (NIL) Agreement with Curry Brand is the news that MiLaysia Fulwiley has signed another NIL, this time with energy drink Red Bull.

The Columbia native will become the first collegiate athlete to sign with Red Bull. After she signed, legendary NBA Shooting Coach and Red Bull athlete Chris “Lethal Shooter” Matthews welcomed her to the family.

It has been a banner season for Fulwiley who is only a freshman on the Gamecock women's basketball team. She was named SEC Tournament MVP for her performance, helping lead the team to another undefeated regular season.

The Gamecocks enter the women's NCAA Tournament as the overall Number 1 seed and will play their first round game Friday afternoon, March 20, at Colonial Life Arena.
