Braves bring back Outkast bobblehead giveaway

That's not all the team is giving away to fans over the summer.

ATLANTA — Outkast fans, if you missed out on the chance to score a coveted bobblehead of the iconic Atlanta rap duo, there's another opportunity for "Me and You, Yo' Mama and Yo Cousin, too" to snag one of the figurines.

The Atlanta Braves announced Friday they are bringing back the popular promotional bobblehead version of Andre 3000 and Big Boi looking "So Fresh and So Clean (clean)" in their Braves jerseys and shades as they ride in an open-top red Caddy.

The first 15,000 lucky Braves fans at the Aug. 6 game against the Milwaukee Brewers have a chance to become the owner of the collectible item, which was a hot item from the team's 2023 season. Re-sale of the statuettes last year went for $365 on eBay auctions, garnering 71 bids. Another sold at a "Buy It Now" price of $350, and yet another went for $305.

But that's not all the team is giving away to fans over the summer: the Braves will also have things like an Ozzie Albies plushy, vinyl records with some of Spencer Strider's favorite hits, a bobblehead featuring Atlanta's favorite cow from Chick-fil-A and more.

All giveaway items are available to fans only on the the game day specified, and are on a first-come, first-served basis when the gates open. Each guest is eligible to receive one giveaway item while supplies last. Guests with multiple tickets are still allotted one item per person -- no exceptions.
