Lexington product named Academic All-ACC

Isabella Rawl just wrapped up her sophomore season on the Clemson women's golf team.

CLEMSON, S.C. — Lexington product Isabella Rawl is among a quartet of Clemson golfers named to the Academic All-ACC Women’s Golf team. This is Rawl's second Academic All-ACC award in as many seasons in Tiger Orange.

Rawl's teammates Annabelle Pancake, Sydney Roberts, and Katherine Schuster also received the honor.

Rawl was fourth on the Clemson team on stroke average this year with a 72.55 average and second with 106 birdies. She had one top-ten finish at the ACC Championship, finishing in second.

Clemson had its best post-season run in his 11-year history of the women's golf program. At the NCAA Championship, the Tigers finished fifth in stroke play to advance to the match-play portion of the tournament for the first time.

In high school, Rawl won multiple individual and team state championships for Lexington. As an eighth-grader, she committed to Clemson.
