ARLINGTON, Texas — No other holiday blends a love of sports and a full feast quite like Thanksgiving. AT&T Stadium is making sure fans can still eat to their hearts' desire while attending the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game against the New York Giants.
On Tuesday, the stadium announced this year's concessions menu for the Turkey Day game and there's no shortage of Thanksgiving-themed entrees. Officials with AT&T Stadium said these items will be located in concession stands on all levels of the arena, so no matter where you're sitting, you can indulge in the flavors of Thanksgiving.
Here's a look at what's on the menu for this year's Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game:
The Thanksgiving Pie
Who doesn't enjoy a good Thanksgiving pie? This one is not your standard pumpkin or pecan pie, though. Filled with stuffing, sweet potatoes, turkey, green beans, cranberry sauce and gravy, this is a fully-stuffed pie that will fully stuff you. This is the only option on the menu that will be available for in-seat delivery!
The Thanksgiving Sandwich
You know that sandwich you make with a little leftover turkey, maybe some stuffing, in the days following Thanksgiving. This is a monster version of that. It truly has everything. Mac and cheese, stuffing, smoked turkey, green beans, gravy and cranberry sauce all under one buttery bun. Just try not to fall asleep before halftime.
Tyson Dallas Cowboys Nuggets
Ok, this one is not much of a Thanksgiving-themed menu item, but it is new to AT&T Stadium. Tyson announced the Dallas Cowboys nuggets, which are just star-shaped, last week. The nuggets will be served as a 20-piece in a Cowboys box with fries. Maybe something for the picky eaters this holiday!
The Thanksgiving Roll
The Thanksgiving Roll seems like a good option for those who don't want to get their hands too messy. The roll gives fans everything that's on the Thanksgiving Sandwich wrapped up in a wonton and deep-fried, served with a side of gravy for dipping.
The Thanksgiving Bowl
Maybe for the more calorie-conscious fan, the Thanksgiving bowl provides the same stuff that's inside the Thanksgiving Sandwich without the extra carbs. Turkey, mac and cheese, green beans, cranberry sauce, stuffing and gravy in a bowl. It's a traditional Thanksgiving feast in one convenient package.
