Columbia, SC (WLTX) - There are 8 days until the Columbia fireflies home opener and finding a place to park is just as important as having a ticket to the game.
The team and the city has released the plan for parking around Spirit Communications Park.
There are several general parking areas on Bull Street. They are marked by the "G" on the map.
You can also park along Colonial Drive. Parking there will cost you $3 and you can get a complimentary trolley service to the main plaza outside the ball park.
There are also parking lots for permit holders and handicapped parking.
As a courtesy, you're being asked to not park in nearby neighborhoods.
Opening day is next Thursday, April 14th against the Greenville Drive. You can find tickets here.
