Former USC center and Dutch Fork product Alaina Coates is up and about nowadays.
If you remember the Coates suffered an ankle injury that has sidelined her since the SEC tournament back in March. The second overall pick of the Chicago Sky has continued her rehab after taking off a cast in May.
She posted video of herself working out on her Twitter page on Tuesday.

There's still no exact date for her return but the Sky are hoping for September. The Sky would need to make the playoffs to extend their season and they currently hold the last playoff spot. The WNBA regular season ends September 3rd.
