COLUMBIA, S.C. — Columbia Water is warning drivers along a busy stretch of Harden Street that it will be closed as they work to repair a water main.
The department said Harden between Pendleton Street and Senate Street is closed, along with Harden between Devine Street and Greene Street. This closure includes a large portion of roadway through Columbia's busy Five Points district.
Columbia Water officials didn't provide a repair timetable but said any updates would be provided as work continues. However, city officials urged residents to follow detour signs and reroute where necessary.
