FAIRFIELD COUNTY, S.C. — South Carolina Highway Patrol (SCHP) is asking for assistance in gathering information on a hit-and-run that left a bicyclist seriously injured in Fairfield County.
The incident occurred at approximately 4:20 p.m. Friday, May 1, on Greenbrier Mossydale Road near Perry Lane, south of Winnsboro. An unknown vehicle traveling north on Greenbrier Mossydale struck a person on a bicycle and left the scene.
The vehicle may have damage to the front end and hood area.
