LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. — As of 10 a.m. Friday, all lanes of traffic have reopened after a crash had closed I-26 westbound near Exit 91/SC48/Chapin.
The incident occurred around 6:53 a.m. Friday. Crews were on the scene trying to get traffic moving at mile marker 90.5. At one point, traffic had backed up about 4 miles.
Rainy conditions are beginning to clear but motorists should use caution when driving under imperfect conditions.
