COLUMBIA, S.C. — Before we get into what you will be able to see during the month of April in our night sky, there was plenty that we all saw in our sky in the month of March.

Our WLTX Nighttime Weather Watchers really delivered with plenty of great photos ranging from the Moon, to planets, and even a nebula!

In the beginning of the month of March, we got some really awesome photos of the Full Moon over the Midlands, throughout the month we got several more photos of the Moon along with several planets in the evening sky from our viewers!

Just about a week later we will get a very cool opportunity to see 3 different plants in our evening sky! Venus and Mars will be visible to the west just as they have been for the past month of so. Mercury will be joining the dusk sky though as it reaches its height in its orbit. This planet is pretty tricky to see normally but, it will be visible in the lower westerns sky along with the other planets from the 10th through the 13th!
