ORANGEBURG, S.C. — Tropical Storm Debby is expected to bring catastrophic flooding to South Carolina. To get prepared, some counties began handing out sandbags for residents.
One of those counties is Orangeburg, where there is expected to be a chance of extremely high rain totals. Some models are projecting 10 inches of rain or more for some areas of the county.
For Monday, there are several sandbag sites set up. Here's the list:

Wednesday 8/6/2024 8AM-8PM
Bags are not filled. People must fill them while supplies last.
