Two charged with murder in Richland County missing person investigation

Morgan Duncan was last seen at his Springtree Drive home on Nov. 28, 2023. Duncan was listed as a vulnerable adult in need of prescribed medication.

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — The Richland County Sheriff's Department has charged a man and woman with murder during its investigation into a missing person.

The Richland County Sheriff's Department said 41-year-old Eric Greene and 28-year-old Julivia Waller have been charged in connection with the case of 27-year-old Morgan Duncan, who was last seen at his Springtree Drive home on Nov. 28, 2023. Duncan was listed as a vulnerable adult in need of prescribed medication.

Both Greene and Waller were charged with murder. Waller was also charged with fleeing custody and resisting arrest. Authorities said Duncan has not been found but is believed to be the victim in relation to the charges in question.

The sheriff's department is still searching for Duncan and urges anyone with information about him to call 911 or Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
