Missing Aiken woman last heard from on Monday, deputies say

AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. — Aiken County deputies are asking for the public's help to find a missing Aiken woman.

Family members reported 38-year-old Michelle Smith missing on Friday. She was last seen leaving her home on Sandy Lane on July 1 around 2:30 p.m. 

Investigators were told that she is possibly in the company of a Black male who goes by either “Freddy” or an alias of “C Right.” 

Smith, who stands 5 feet 1 inches tall and weighs around 149 pounds, was last seen wearing a pink and white shirt with green and gray pajama pants. 

Family members said Smith usually stays in touch with her family, but they have not heard from her since Monday.
