COLUMBIA, S.C. — Columbia Police are investigating a shooting that happened early Sunday morning and has since turned deadly.
The department said the shooting happened around 12:30 a.m. in the 1400 block of Colonial Life Boulevard. Authorities haven't released any details regarding the cause of the shooting but confirmed on Sunday afternoon that the victim died. Police didn't identify the victim but said he was male.
